Experience: Easy
Result:
The cobbler came out to be very moist and delicious. You can really taste the butter- flour mix (the two ingredients blended beautifully). I used high quality jarred preserved peaches with white grape concentrate. The peaches were more firm in texture compared to canned peaches.

As it baked in the oven after 20 minutes, I found that the bottom part was fully baked already. However, the top part was still uncook. So I decided I finish it off in the toaster oven with the broiler mode ON for about 10 minutes. Let it cool completely prior to cutting. The flavor develops even more after 6 hours. Serve with fresh whipped cream.
